RESERVATION
When booking the room, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay will be required, to be paid by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card.
The price does not include the tourist tax in force from 15/06 to 15/09.
The cost of the tourist tax is € 1.50 per day, for 10 nights.
Guests under the age of 12 are exempt from the tourist tax.
The payment of the tourist tax must necessarily be made in cash.
ARRIVAL AT THE STRUCTURE
Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Going to the property without having advised the arrival time can cause waiting and this inconvenience cannot be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.
Upon arrival it is necessary to hand over a valid identification document (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License), necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Our guests’ data is processed in accordance with current privacy legislation. Once registered, you will be asked for the balance of the stay which is not refunded in case of early departure. To prove your payment by email a receipt / invoice certifying the amount and the details of your stay.
You will then be shown the rooms assigned to you and the common areas at your disposal. You will also be given the card of the room where you will be staying which you will have to return upon your departure (be careful not to lose the card, its replacement costs € 150.00 and in case of loss the amount will be charged in full).
Inside the Our structure, for reasons of public safety, access at any time to other people other than registered guests is prohibited.
CANCELLATION
- The deposit will be refunded with a notice of 45 days before the arrival date, withholding € 15.00 as a bank charge.
- In case of notice less than 45 days before the stay, early departure or no-show, the full amount will be due.
- In case of notice less than 45 days before the stay, the deposit is considered non-refundable.
CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT
Check in: from 3.00pm to 10.00pm. Early or late times must be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Check out: strictly by 11.00 am. Different times must necessarily be agreed upon.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast must be consumed on the common terrace between 08.00 and 10.00, unless otherwise agreed in particular cases.
LINEN
The bed linen is changed every 3 days and at every guest change. The cost of bathroom linen is daily. The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms is carried out between 10.00 and 1.30.
HYDROMASSAGE POOL
The use of the hydromassage pool is reserved for guests of the facility only.
Use is permitted only upon reservation, in compliance with the established times and conditions.
DAMAGES
If the guest causes damage to the structure, to the accessories belonging to the rooms assigned to him or otherwise, he is required to immediately notify the owner, and after the necessary checks, to charge the related expenses.
LIMITATIONS
Smoking is prohibited inside our facility. Observance of this simple rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke or those who will come after you, as well as a rule for fire prevention. Legal sanctions will be applied to violators.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed inside our facility.
PROHIBITIONS
- Please do not prepare or eat meals in the bedrooms;
- Please refrain from doing any act that could cause a fire such as using any heat-generating devices, such as a heating appliance, cooking appliances or irons in guest rooms;
- Please do not use your room for any purpose other than accommodation;
- Please do not remove equipment or furniture from the premises;
- Running, shouting, joking are unacceptable behaviors on the entire property. This includes hallways, foyer areas, stairways, and bedrooms.
- Please do not prepare or eat meals in the bedrooms;
- Please refrain from doing any act that could cause a fire such as using any heat-generating devices, such as a heating appliance, cooking appliances or irons in guest rooms;
- Please do not use your room for any purpose other than accommodation;
- Please do not remove equipment or furniture from the premises;
- Running, shouting, joking are unacceptable behaviors on the entire property. This includes hallways, foyer areas, stairways, and bedrooms.
